What’s the role about?

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be part of the Devlane team, and you will have the opportunity to play a key role in recruiting highly skilled talent for our international projects.

What do we require from you?

• 3–5 years _of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT roles and senior-level profiles.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes, delivering high-quality hires in competitive markets.
• Expertise in interview methodologies such as STAR for effective candidate evaluation.
• Advanced negotiation and offer management skills, ensuring seamless transitions to hiring.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust with both clients and candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working within defined processes.
• Experience with recruitment technologies, including ATS, assessment platforms, and data-driven metrics.
