We dedicate ourselves daily to the care of the Laners through People Experience, where we provide support focused on people's well-being and sense of belonging, with active listening to their needs and proposals.
Similarly, we employ an internal early warning system to promptly identify and address any issues within our teams, collaborating with clients to resolve situations and maintain a low attrition rate.

While monitoring personnel, both your company and the engineer can request training in new areas, and we're here to support those requests.
Guilds
Meeting spaces are distributed by skills or profile, with cross-training. They hold monthly meetings and have their own Slack channels.
Learning Curve Analysis
We record the engineer's performance, and we proactively seek to improve their skills to generate a positive impact on their work.
Cultural Hackathon
Engaging Laners in group dynamics is crucial for co-creating new Devlane values, fostering their active participation in our culture.
