What’s the role about?

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be part of the Devlane team, and you will have the opportunity to play a key role in recruiting highly skilled talent for our international projects.

What do we require from you?

• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on IT roles and senior profiles.
• Experience handling complex recruitment processes, securing high-quality hires in competitive markets.
• Experience gathering position requirements from English-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in interview methodologies like STAR for candidate evaluation.
• Advanced negotiation and offer management skills, ensuring smooth transitions to hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building trust with clients and candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
• Experience using recruitment technologies, such as ATS, evaluation platforms, and data metrics.
